 Harold Dull yhe director of Harbin School of Shiatsu Massage in California in the 80’s, created Watsu. It is a combination of water and shiatsu with the receiver supported continuously by the therapist while rocking and stretching is performed in warm water.

Benefits include increased circulation, increased range of motion, reduced muscle tension and stress. It is recommended for Stress-related diseases, Depression, Anxiety disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, Sleep disorders and headaches.
