Bamboo Massage
23 September 2009I have not heard of this massage modality before, but I could see how it would feel divine. There are even classes in my area this year (Bamboo Fusion schedule). I am thinking about it. I already use stones and love them, this could be just one more thing I could incorporate for deeper work. I would like to get one first, just to make sure.
The only concern I have is proper alignment, my body must last. No over use injuries for this girl.
