CA State Accepting Massage Therapy Applications
12 August 2009California Massage Therapy Council or CAMTC is now accepting applications to certify all Massage Therapists. The council had there first board meeting February 2009. SB 731 called for a voluntary statewide certification of all massage therapists and was placed into CA law on September 27th, 2008.
This process has been needed for quit some time, state regulations will be tough but defiantly worth all the councils time and effort. One small step for CA, one giant step for Massage Therapists everywhere.
