MBLEx VS. NCETMB
24 March 2009Massage Today has been covering the FSMTB development from its foundation in 2005. This article talks about the NCBTMBs response to AMTAs support of the MBLEx.
I think it is time for the NCBTMB to come to the realization that they will need to step up their credetialing department for schools an CE programs and leave the State Boards to implement the Exam of their choice. The NCETM/TMB has only changed in location (only after the MBLEx started in with Pearson VUE) of testing for improvements since 2005 (they stand behind how it is, thinking their is no need for improvement). I hope the FSMTB updates the questions every 3-5 years and doesnt discount the fact that they are in a position to do great things with licensure through the US (their is always room for improvement).
