Employee Wellness Program
9 March 2009Now here is the bright idea every company should adopt. The Washington County Government Center in Stillwater, MN has encouraged their employees to participate in activities as part of their Employee Wellness Program.
Their basement serves as a Wellness Center where yoga to massage is part of the curriculum. Lunch breaks, after work or your day off, making sure that movement is worked into their everyday lives to help improve employees health to cut the rising health care costs.
An active approach for a not so active work environment. That is the smartest thing I have hard done for employees yet, and its a government agency, hu.
