Tis’ The Christmas Season with Massage
19 December 2007Every year I set a budget and every year my budget is run over by a Mac Truck. So this year no doubt is no different. And yet, I still look forward to everything it represents. What a great place to be.
Last month marked my one-year of business. I can’t explain fully how much I have enjoyed this adventure. I am anxious for the many years to come. Massage is in and of its self a great field to be in. Rewarding when you hear the “Thank you I feel much better” and the “See you next week/month.” Finding great people to work with is rare and sometimes hard to come by, if you feel it’s hard to work with others you may be in the wrong career path. While yes I own my own business I still have the pleasure of getting acquainted with other personalities that I just might not understand fully, but that?s the beauty of life.
While you are in school, start thinking of the ideal environment for where can thrive and grow. Ask around, your teachers and fellow students might have some feedback or ideas to help you out. Don?t get discouraged, think of the end goal and have a business plan, even if you plan on working for someone else, you never know at the end of your training what doors might open up.
