My Body Mechanics in Massage

I am constantly reminding myself in a massage to widen my stance, bend my knees, drop my elbows and relax my shoulders to keep every joint in alignment. Giving massages for two years you would think I would have it down.

I want to start Tai Qi to improve my stance and breathing. Is there anything else that would help me out?
